Appledore Cleanup

A cleanup at Appledore Island, one of the Isles of Shoals, yielded 557 pounds of marine debris, including 46 plastic water bottles (including a full case of un-opened bottled water), bits of Styrofoam and plastic, broken lobster traps, over 70 pieces of rope, 9 balloons, and even some disks from the Hooksett wastewater treatment plant spill in March 2011.
