An opportunity for prospective Shoals students 2010 to hear from Shoals alums about courses and research internships. Come hear about the new 2010 course list and our RIFS, Seabird, Sustainable Engineering and NEW Marine Mammal Internships!

Thursday, November 12:
First Annual Shoals Marine Lab Undergraduate Research Symposium in the Morrison Room of Corson Hall from 4:15 to 8 pm (informal dinner included). All undergraduate research interns are invited to present the results of their 2009 summer research in 15 minute talks.

The Shoals crew will have a table at RPCC from 6-8 pm Friday Dec. 7 and at Appel Commons 11-1 pm Monday (Dec. 10). Stop by, pick up a flyer, see our new photos, and hear a gull scream.


Frank Fish Sighting

Frank Fish, SML faculty, will be at Cornell on Monday Oct 22 to present a talk on marine mammal locomotion.

Time: 12:30 pm (regular EEB weekly seminar series)

Location: Corson Hall, Morrison Room (right off the atrium in the center of the building). Come in the front entrance and go down the stairs.

Refreshments at 12:15 pm, Talk at 12:30 pm.
